أصدرت المفوضية السامية للأمم المتحدة لحقوق الإنسان مؤخرًا تقريرًا يفبرك ويشوه بشكل خطير وضع حقوق الإنسان في جمهورية كوريا الديمقراطية الشعبية باسم الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة.

إن التقرير ليس سوى وثيقة مؤامرة ومواجهة بشعة ضد جمهورية كوريا الديمقراطية الشعبية أعدتها القوى المعادية بهدف خفي لتشويه صورة دولتنا.

إنني أدين بشدة تحرك القوى المعادية لإلحاق الأذى بكرامة ونظام جمهورية كوريا الديمقراطية الشعبية الاجتماعي من خلال إساءة استخدام اسم الأمم المتحدة باعتباره استفزازًا وانتهاكًا لا يغتفر لسيادة البلاد.
إن التقرير المعادي، الذي نسخ البيانات الكاذبة والمختلقة التي قدمتها القوى غير النقية ضد جمهورية كوريا الديمقراطية الشعبية، يثبت بوضوح أن الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة يتصرف
تحت تأثير وضغوط الولايات المتحدة وأتباعها.
إن الوضع الحالي للأمم المتحدة، الذي يستند إلى معايير حقوق الإنسان غير القانونية التي وضعتها الولايات المتحدة، وليس إلى ميثاق الأمم المتحدة وقوانين حقوق الإنسان الدولية العالمية، هو أحد الأسباب الرئيسية لعدم تحسن وضع حقوق الإنسان في العالم حتى الآن.
إن الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة ومنظمات حقوق الإنسان ذات الصلة يجب أن تنتقد الوضع الحالي والرديء لحقوق الإنسان في الولايات المتحدة قبل الحديث عن "قضية حقوق الإنسان" غير الموجودة.
أي دولة تتفشى فيها كل أنواع الكراهية والجرائم بسبب التناقض الاجتماعي والمواجهة، ويتخبط السود في ممارسات متعسفة، وأي دولة مارقة تقمع بوحشية المظاهرة السلمية للطلاب
المعارضين للمذبحة غير الأخلاقية التي ترتكبها إسرائيل في قطاع غزة؟
أية دولة مجرمة وقحة لا تشعر بأي ندم على كل أنواع الجرائم البشعة بما في ذلك الاعتداءات الجنسية التي يرتكبها جنودها المتمركزون في دول أخرى على
السكان الأصليين، بعيدًا عن تقديم اعتذار عنها، على الرغم من الكشف عنها واحدة تلو الأخرى لإحداث ضجة في العالم؟
إن من الواضح أن منظمة حقوق الإنسان التابعة للأمم المتحدة، دون أي شجاعة للتعليق على الولايات المتحدة، الدولة الإجرامية من الدرجة الأولى، تتعامل بلا أساس مع "قضية حقوق الإنسان" في دولة فردية. وهذا إهمال متعمد في الوفاء بمسؤوليتها والمهمة الموكلة إليها بموجب ميثاقها.

إن التهديد الوحيد لحقوق الإنسان لشعب جمهورية كوريا الديمقراطية الشعبية هو السياسة العدائية التي تنتهجها الولايات المتحدة وأتباعها تجاه جمهورية كوريا الديمقراطية الشعبية.
إن حكومة جمهورية كوريا الديمقراطية الشعبية سوف تظل كما كانت دائماً وفية لمهمتها المتمثلة في ضمان أمن الشعب ورفاهته وحقوقه الحقيقية في العيش من انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان التي ترتكبها القوى المعادية، بغض النظر عما قد يقوله الآخرون. -0-

Press Statement by Vice-Minister for Int'l Organizations

of DPRK Foreign Ministry

Pyongyang, September 9 (KCNA) -- Kim Son Gyong, vice-minister for International
Organizations of the DPRK Foreign Ministry, released the following press statement on
Sunday:
The UN High Commissioner for Human Rights recently released a report seriously
fabricating and distorting the human rights situation in the DPRK under the name of the UN
secretary-general.
The report is just a hideous anti-DPRK conspiratorial and confrontation document cooked up
by the hostile forces with the ulterior intention to tarnish the image of our state.
I scathingly condemn the move of the hostile forces to hurt the dignity and social system of
the DPRK by abusing the name of the UN as an unpardonable politically-motivated
provocation and infringement upon the sovereignty.
The report of hostile nature, which copied the false and fabricated data provided by the
impure forces against the DPRK, clearly proves that the UN secretary-general is acting
under the pulls and pressure of the U.S. and its followers.
The present state of the UN, which is based on the illegal human rights standard set by the
U.S., not on the UN Charter and universal international human rights laws, is one of the main
reasons why the human rights situation has not yet been improved in the world.
The UN secretary-general and relevant human rights organizations should take issue with
the existing and poor human rights situation of the U.S. before talking about someone's non-
existent "human rights issue".
Which is the country where all sorts of hatred and crimes are rampant due to social
contradiction and confrontation and blacks thrash about in the high-handed practices, and
which is the rogue state that brutally suppresses the peaceful demonstration of students
opposing the unethical massacre of Israel in Gaza Strip?
Which country is a brazen-faced criminal state which does not feel any remorse for all sorts
of heinous crimes including the sexual assaults by its soldiers stationed in other countries on
the natives, far from making an apology for them, though they have been revealed one after
another to create a sensation in the world?
It is clear double standards that the UN human rights organization without any courage to
comment on the U.S., the top-class criminal state, groundlessly takes issue with the "human
rights issue" of an individual country. And it is a deliberate negligence in fulfilling its
responsibility and mission entrusted by its Charter.

The only threat to the human rights of the DPRK people is the hostile policy toward the
DPRK pursued by the U.S. and its followers.
The DPRK government will as ever remain faithful to its mission to thoroughly guarantee the
people's security and well-being and genuine rights to live from the hostile forces' human
rights abuses, whatever others may say. -0-
